 Scandinavian cuisine in the heart of Helsinki – local Finnish food and wild herbs

The most modern European cuisine is now the Scandinavian cuisine. Signé is a Finnish restaurant, but also Scandinavian, fish from the North Sea’s cold regions, fish from Finland, and wild herbs from the local area. Fresh ingredients from the North, from Finland, prepared in the style of Scandinavian cuisine. The kitchen is headed by Sami Tallberg, a chef known for his use of wild herbs. His cookbook Villiyrtti (”Wild herb”) was selected as Finland’s best cookbook and will also compete for the title of the World’s Best Cookbook.

Restaurant Kämp Signé is a modern, elegant, classical Helsinki restaurant with an exceptionally beautiful interior full of modern, mainly Finnish art and design. An extensive selection of wines has been selected to complement the Scandinavian cuisine and the flavours of wild herbs; our sommelier will guide you to the right selections. The wine is to remain slightly under the flavour of the food to support it, not to compete with it.

Restaurant Kämp Signé is located in the heart of Helsinki at Pohjoisesplanadi 29, in the same building with Hotel Kämp.
It is open from Tuesday until Saturday from 6.30 pm to 11 pm, the kitchen closes at 10 pm. Restaurant Kämp Signé’s Cristal Bar is open already from 5 pm.
